Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities
» Attend to queries and assist the property agents and property agencies during the Renewal Exercise over the counter(s).
» Part of the team to handle designated queries over the telephone.
» Making out-going reminder calls and conduct phone survey with stakeholders.
» Will be assigned other tasks (eg. filing/disposal of documents, data entry) as and when required. Requirements
» Minimum educational qualification of Diploma (Hospitality field will be an advantage)
» Possess strong dedication to customer service and satisfaction
» Must be IT-savvy, conversant in Microsoft Office
» Possess good communication and interpersonal expertise
» MUST be able to commit from Sep 2019 – Jan 2020
» Only Singaporeans Working Hours
» Mon – Fri : 8.30am – 5.30pm Other Details

» income: $9 - $11.50/hr
