Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION To manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the Hotel’s guest rooms and public area around the Hotel
Responsibilities » Ensures cleanliness of guest rooms adheres of exceed expectations in a timely manner.
» Ensures that no defect or dirty rooms are presented to guests.
» Ensures timely restock of linen, amenities and other service requirements in service areas and pantries
» Ensures that all guest floors and public area around the Hotel are clean and up to standard.
» Ensures that all everyday arrival V.I.P. rooms, special request rooms, and long stay guest rooms are prepared with the appropriate welcome and other amenities.
» He / She is able to conduct their tasks in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in conformity with the hotel’s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service is maintained. Requirements:
» 1 – 2 years’ practice in a similar function in another hotel/company of similar standard or style.
» Physically fit and healthy
» Minimum “O” or “N” levels with basic English proficiency.
» Must be able to work rotating day shifts including Public Holidays and weekends
