JOB DESCRIPTION JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
» Responsible for everyday walk-in sales and project sales
» Provide significant product recommendation and information to customers
» Fulfill all customers’ enquires and respond to all quotation requests timely
» contact with logistics/operations department on deliveries
» Provide after-sale support
» Assist in showroom floor movement, product display and showroom maintenance
» Stock management & inventory control
» Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management
JOB REQUIREMENTS » Passionate in retail sales / frontline customer service
» Committed and driven at sales
» Fast learner with an appetite for product and operational expertise
» Enjoying interacting with people
» Self-motivated, independent and exercises initiative
» Devoted to exceed customers’ expectations in areas of customer service and hospitality
» Must possess energy, integrity and a positive attitude
» Good written and spoken communications expertise
» Basic computer-literate
» practice in interior design and furniture retail is an advantage, but not necessary
» Able to work on weekends and public holidays
