Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Reporting to Front Office Manager the incumbent shall be responsible:-
» to execute check-ins, check-outs and cashiering tasks.
» to execute room blocking and issuance of guest room keys.
» To handle guest enquires and complains
» To set and maintain excellent service standards.
» To maintain administrative records.
» To carry out any other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.The incumbent is expected to possess at least a Diploma Levels or equivalent with at least one year practice in customer service. He / She should have good verbal and written communication expertise, be able to work rotating shifts including public holidays and weekends.
