Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Reporting to Restaurant Manager the incumbent shall be responsible:-
» Manage the everyday operations of the outlet.
» Propose marketing plans and initiatives to improve sales and profitcapability.
» Manage guest relations and handle complaints or feedbacks concerning food
» and services.
» Maintain standards of service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
» To carry out any other tasks and responsibilities as assignedThe candidate is expected to possess at least a Certificate/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field with at least 1-2 year of significant practice in a similar capacity. He/she should possess good self-discipline, initiative and excellent working attitude. Good interpersonal and computer expertise would be essential.
