Job Responsibilities » Managing of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) and ACMV Systems operation, repair, maintenance and significant processes/procedures
» Contract administration including government procurement, tender specification formulation and work implementation
» supervise and manage the FM managing agent and vendors, project manage addition & alteration works and liaison with consultants/stakeholders/internal users on improvement works
» Routine authority/MOE submissions/liaisons (WEMP, BESS, etc.) and support various organisational initiatives, events, certifications and QEHS procedures/documentations
Key Requirements » Having at least 5 - 7 years of significant M&E and facilities management practice
» Sound planning and organising expertise, with a strong sense of responsibility for completing assigned tasks on time
» Resourceful, proactive in problem-solving and a self-starter with good communication and interpersonal expertise
» Hands-on operationally with the capability to work with people at all levels
» A sound team player and Information technology savvy
