JOB SCOPE » Conceptualize and develop new market/customer, including evaluation of market trends, competitions, key players, marketing plan, etc.
» Develop respective marketing tools and activities to obtain sales objectives.
» To estimate and prepare quotations for specified contracts / projects.
» broad marketing and client visits will be required
REQUIREMENTS » Min Diploma in any disciplines
» Min 3 years sales/ business development in Hospitality/ Real Estate preferably
» Proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint
» Good communication expertise
