» Manager – Retail & Gallery Operations
» Reports to the Manager – Clients Relations, Product Development & Marketing function RESPONSIBILITIES
» Set up & Manage the Luzerne Hive: Gallery, Retail & Studio
» Grow the direct retail & ecommerce businesses
» Collaborate with the Singapore Sales Team, Procurement and Inventory & Logistics
» Liase with the Global Sales & Brand Teams
» Complete selected projects to enhance the efficiency & effectiveness of the Luzerne Hive
» Achieve given targets in the performance score card CHARACTER REQUIREMENT
» Self-driven / motivated
» Able to think outside of the box function REQUIREMENT
» practice in Retail Management
» practice in F&B Management within an international hotel chain or Freestanding Restaurants & Bars
» Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
» Singapore Driver’s License Class 3/3A. COMPENSATION
» Incentive located on total sales
» End of year Bonus located on the targets of the performance balance score card
