Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION » To receive, confirm and process reservations for the hotel.
» To ensure all bookings are accurately entered into the computer and reservations correspondence are filed systematically
» To assist to prepare and compile statistical data on reservations.
» To ensure optimal yield management of guests rooms.
» To handle inquiries and obtain correct information regarding details of reservation.
» To answer, confirm and process reservation requests. To ensure all information pertaining to reservations are properly taken and entered into the system.
» To keep up-to-date rooms available for sale and changes in hotel room rates.
» To maintain and update a Reservation Request Form File.
» Any other appropriate tasks as and when assigned by adjunct Reservations Manager.
» Candidate must possess at least a GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent
» At least 2 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
» Proficient in Microsoft Office and Hotel systems.
» Good communication and interpersonal expertise.
» Strong capability to work independently as well as a team player
