We're looking for a driven and highly motivated Intern to support the growth of hotels, B&Bs and other accommodation providers on Airbnb. If you're quick on your feet, already an expert in the ins-and-outs of the Airbnb website, and ready to help a fast-growing team, then we want you on our team!
Responsibilities - The Sales Operations Intern will help understand Airbnb's competitive landscape with a focus on the accommodation supply on our website and our competitors' websites.
- Interview account management teams across APAC to identify opportunities to improve operational tools to drive more efficiency
- Evaluate performance and return-on-investment of sales programs implemented across APAC
Requirements - Must be willing to commit to a 6-Month Internship
- MBA students preferred
- 2-3 years' experience at an e-commerce company or tech startup
- Ability to build business cases and return-on-investment financial models
- Project management skills to be able to deliver assignments on-time
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- You are strategic and analytical in your thinking
- You are able to frame issues and develop hypotheses to solve issues
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
- Experience using Salesforce or other Sales Management tools
The Extra Mile
- You have work experience in the hospitality industry and/or for an online travel agency
- You have a passion for Sales and Sales Operations or Enablement.
- You have a passion for Airbnb and the sharing economy. Being a home host or experience host on Airbnb is a strong plus.
