Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager
As part of our Sales team, you will play a vital function in developing strategic business action plans for the hotel to drive measurable and incremental sales revenue . You will be responsible for acquiring/hunting and to developing new business accounts and prepare sales proposals for clients as well as to manage and service/farming our existing corporate accounts with the strong emphasis on building long term business relationships .
You will be responsible for developing and fostering business through pro-active direct sales, marketing & appointment calls and tours of the hotel to support hotel service in enhancing relationship strategies and driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence all over each customer practice.
You are to keep abreast of the latest developments of the hotel industry by attending industry trade shows, reviewing professional publications, establishing professional networks, participating in professional societies and attending overseas sales calls/trade exhibitions etc.
Pre-requisites
» 2-3 years of significant working practice with proven track record in corporate sales and account servicing (Candidates with past corporate sales practice within the Hotel, Travel, Events industry is preferred)
» Dynamic individual with a go-getter mentality

» Strong business acumen coupled with good problem-solving expertise
