Job Description - Support the manager in briefing Tenancy Design Guideline (TDG) to tenant
- Review and comment on tenant’s design, work closely with them to achieve mutual benefits by adhering to the TDG and ensure timely store opening
- Liaise with tenant on pre-construction administration works
- Liaise with tenant on post-construction works like monitoring tenant’s defect rectification works, collect important document for record and return of fitout deposit
- Any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager
