JOB DESCRIPTION Job description
» Identify and grow emerging key markets for expansion.
» Identify and establish broad network of dealers and distributorships.
» Manage and maintain key account network of customers, dealers and distributors.
» Work with Marketing and Business Development Depts to develop sales and marketing plan in line with targets and objectives set.
» Attend trade shows, seminars and workshops to keep abreast with developments in the industry.
» Monitor competition and economic indicator.
» Be a driving force within the Sales Team and be responsible for developing and mentoring the existing. sales team as well as training and developing new sales member.
» Monitoring sales team's performance and motivating them to achieve growth and hit sales targets.
» Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:
» Degree or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering with minimum 5 years practice in technical sales.
» Regional practice in sales of light or heavy construction related machinery would be advantageous.
» Able to work independently and self-motivated.

» 50% travelling required.
