» Handle telephone calls
» Key feedback into system and route to property agents & term contractors to follow up
» Attend to walk-in residents making enquiries or booking of facilities or contractors drawing roof-top keys etc
» Any other administrative tasks delegated by the management
Requirements » Min GCE O Levels and above
» Passion to work in a service industry, managing residents of public housing estates
» Able to work under pressure
» Good interpersonal expertise
» Good team player
» Working Hours: 5.5 days with rotating Saturday
