» Automation of construction value-chain for productivity gains

» Sustaincapability studies: Smart controls for estates

» Sustaincapability studies: Infrastructure Resilience

» Building Information Management

Requirements

candidates should possess

» Strong communication & interpersonal expertise to engage internal and external stakeholders

» capability to work independently and in a team

» Positive attitude

» Resourceful and able to multi-task

» Keen interest in the Real Estate industry and Built environment

» significant internship practice will be a bonus
