- to execute facilities scheduled preventive maintenance
- to execute simple repair work at the building
- To carry out M&E troubleshooting/installation
- Liaising with external contractors/stakeholders
Requirements - • Nitec in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering
- At least 2 years’ practice in facilities management
- Able to commit to weekends/shift work
