Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job responsibilities:
» Responsible to implement and manage QA
» Interface and provide technical support on quality issues with the Customer
» Provide support day-to-day manufacturing activities through material review board, defect disposition and real time problem analysis feedback to process and production
» Drive for improvement and corrective actions and ensure quality issues are addressed on time and review or closure
» Lead customer complaints/feedback investigation through collaborating with cross-functional team to provide root cause analysis and corrective action/preventive action.
» Drive continuous improvement and ensure product and procedure in compliance to ISO9001, ISO13485 and related regulatory requirements
Requirements: » Degree in Engineering or any significant field
» Minimum 4 yrs of significant QA practice, preferably in medical device or pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment
» expertise of statistical problem solving methodologies like Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC and Problem Solving Tools (5-Why or 8D)
» Good expertise of ISO9001, ISO13485
» Good communication and interpersonal expertise
