Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job Descriptions:
» Prepare tender cost estimates, tender documentation, project finance and contract administration
» Material sourcing and procurement
» Prepare variation order claims
» Prepare progress claim to submit to the client/consultant
» Contract administration of checking and highlighting risks in contract clauses
» Lead & Supervise a team of Contract / QS Staff
» Conduct site evaluation, site measurement and certification of sub-contractors’ work progress claims
» Negotiation of cost of variation orders with client/consultant/sub-contractors
» Finalization of accounts with client/consultants/sub-contractors Job Requirements:
» Degree/Diploma in Building, Civil Engineering or related discipline
» Minimum 5 years of practice in construction and/or commercial projects/retail and corporate office interiors
» practice in events/exhibitions/museum/gallery/thematic works projects will be an added advantage
» Excellent interpersonal and communication expertise
» Able to accept 2-3 years overseas posting income will commensurate with candidate’s working practice and qualification.
