Please take note that this function will base on 5.5 days’ work week
In this function,
» Organize the everyday activities to ensure smooth operations
» Production planning & scheduling as well as materials and manpower control
» Ensure product quality and production efficiency through close monitoring of production processes and implementing appropriate corrective actions
» Enforce correct and safe work practices and maintain good housekeeping at all times
To be prosperous in this function,
» NITEC/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
» At least 3-5 years of significant practice in the production and managery function
