Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION IP Regression and Change control team ensure all developed or developing IPs are meeting quality requirement with the update of PDK or processes. To follow up with the development team on issues encountered and proactively drive for continuous improvement in the quality of the PDK.
Job responsibilities: » Assess and define IP Impact Assessment plan located on PDK update.
» Perform IP Regression (Physical verification DRC/LVS/DFM, PEX extraction and Spice simulation) against predefined passing criteria and meeting committed cycle time.
» Consolidation and review of IP Assessment results.
» Support customer queries and resolve technical issues related to IP
» Chair meeting / review with all stakeholders for impact seen on the IP and drive to closure
» Maintain and manage IP Regression Database
» Maintain and improve regression automation scripts to enhance work efficiency
» Continuous improvement in test case suite to ensure high coverage for IP
» Documentation of IP technical issues, waiver documents and assessment report.
» Maintain ISO SOP workflow documentation and preparation for audit
Requirement: » Minimum 6-8 years of working practice in IC design field
» Bachelor/Master Degree in EE engineering, Microelectronics or equivalent
» Technically sound in circuit design and simulation
» expertise in IC process and layout design
» practice in physical verification, drc/lvs/dfm is a plus
» Hands on practice in industry standard CAD tools
» practice in any scripting & automation languages is a plus
» Good attention to detail, Well organized and work well within a team environment
» Good interpersonal skill, tactful, resourceful, possess initiative, good presentation skills
» Able to work independently with good planning skills. Must be tasked oriented and deliver task with quality and committed to delivery
