JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION INTRODUCTORY;
The Supply Chain Planner shall report to the CEO and/or Supply Chain Manager. He/She will assist in assigned projects, processing and administering of sales orders. The incumbent should be detail-oriented, meticulous and good at working with numbers.
RESPONSIBLITIES; » Administer and coordinates sales order entries and allocations between overseas factories and sales offices
» Manage and track order changes effectively upon requests
» Provide timely responsiveness to continuing sales enquiries and customer service support to external
» Maintain good relationships with existing business partners, clients and suppliers
» Keeping good track of continuing shipment, ensure Logistics arrangement is well planned in advance
» Ensure shipping and logistic processes are followed up closely, information to be communicated effectively to prevent errors / delay
» Ensure accuarcy and data management is well maintained in the database
» Coordinate logistics including invoicing, delivery, payment, etc.
» Assist to resolve sales orders issues arises where necessary.
» Provide administrative support for product pricing, product costing reconciliation and tracking
» Attend to all matters pertaining to sales administrative and customer service support
» Other related tasks as assigned by CEO office / Supply Chain Manager
REQUIREMENTS; » Dip or Deg in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent
» Open to entry level candidates
» Good computer expertise and proficient with Microsoft Office
» Meticulous with numbers and a keen eye for detail
» Good interpersonal expertise and able to communicate in both English and Mandarin to contact with external Mandarin-speaking associates
» Excellent organizational expertise, highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention to details
» Willing to lgain with positive initiatives
