Job responsibilities:- » Lead a team of operators/ Leaders and technician to achieve everyday production efficiency, meeting customer quality specification and fulfill delivery requirement.
» Plan and carry preventive maintenance to ensure machinery and equipment are at optimal condition.
» Carry out continuous improvement program, achieving productivity improvement and cost reduction for the company. Requirements:-
» Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma in Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
» Required skill(s): MS Excel/Word
» At least 2 years significant working practice with expertise in plastic secondary process such as spray painting, printing, ultrasonic, heat-staking etc…
» Good communication expertise.
» Committed, self-motivated, independent and able to work in a team.
» Preferably Junior Executive specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent
