Job Description: The project will design and evaluate design options of yard configurations, equipment and operations policies for the container terminal suitable for the next generation port. We will likely rely on analytical tools and/or computer modelling and simulations. As such, it offers unique opportunities for contributing to the conceptualization, design, and analysis of a future container port. It also offers an opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural and possibly multi-lingual team, collaborating towards the common goal.
Job Requirements: - Qualified persons are expected to be able to contribute working knowledge in one or more of the areas of expertise given above.
- Positions are open at Research Fellows (for candidates holding PhD), Research Associates/Project Officers (Masters; or Bachelors with good track records).
