JOB DESCRIPTION The Assistant Station Manager (Rover) is a frontline staff working onboard a Passenger Vehicle (PV). The
Rover is expected to deliver an excellent customer service and ensure all passengers have a safe and
pleasant journey.

Job Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to our passengers
- Assist in the operation and control of the MRT station
- Monitoring of station equipment
- Responding to station emergencies, platform and concourse patrol
- Drive the trains in preparation for emergencies
Job Requirements: - NITEC / Higher NITEC with any Engineering Field
- Perform rotating shifts, including duties on weekends and public holiday
- Ability to differentiate all colours (as not all indicators are accessible)
- Able to respond to service exigencies / incidents efficiency and effectively
Successful candidates will undergo a structured training program to be equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform the duty of an Assistant Station Manager.
