As a Business Development Manager, you are primarily responsible for building a panel of contractors as a source of referrals for OCBC Reno Loan. You will actively manage and cultivate the relationships of business partners and newly-onboarded contractors such that they can provide consistent volume support for our direct channel.
You will identify and maximize sales opportunities , and will also actively cross-sell or promote Reno Loan to our home loan base. With an emphasis on addressing customers' needs, you will also ensure that all internal and external leads are handled on a timely basis.

Qualifications You must have a positive working attitude, good customer service skills and a high degree of initiative. You should preferably have a degree or diploma with sales experience in the banking and financial services industry.
You must be driven and able to work well under pressure to meet the sales targets.
