Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION this function will focus and deliver primarily 40% for Change The Bank (CTB) workload, 40% for Run The Bank (RTB) to support the application and 20% Grow The Bank (GTB) to support the new project delivery team.
Job responsibilities: » Work with Consumer Banking (Online & Mobile banking) stakeholders on business application enhancements
» Understand business requirements to develop an effective and efficient solution
» Be the go to person for all technology related solution and delivery for Online banking, mobile banking, etc., Troubleshooting, investigating and debugging production issues on internet and mobile banking applications.
» Meet all disaster recovery, sustained resiliency and recovery time objectives
» Provide UAT and System Integration Testing support
» Schedule and support the software deployments, security patches and operating system patches into production environment
» Address all production problems in a timely manner and escalate to management whenever required
» Capture enhancements and incidents related learning points for sharing
» Collaborate with other Application and Infra teams to ensure commonality and consistency of application and Infra project solutions when necessary
» Ensure the deliverables and application operations are in compliance to external/internal regulatory requirements, internal control standards and group compliancy/risk policy
» To engage with business unit on SLA for system uptime, service requests ad incident reports on a monthly basis and regularly update management on project timeline Requirements:
» A recognized Degree, preferably majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Systems
» Minimum 3-4 years in the same function/capacity and; in total minimum 5-7 years’ practice in development, architecting & solutioning
» practice in Online and Mobile banking
» Excellent interpersonal / stakeholders management expertise
» capability to work independently and handle multiple concurrent initiatives
» Proactive and able to work under pressure, strong problem-solving expertise and positive attitude
» Proven practice with documented evident on solutioning banking areas, preferably in transaction banking and development in modern technology frameworks and methodology
» Past practice working with channel related technology developments
» practiced in SOA and EOA architecture
» Deep knowledge of TOGAF, BIAN/other architecture frameworks
» Good knowledge in IBM WebSphere Application Server, IBM HTTP Server, JBOSS, Apache Web Server, Apache Tomcat, WebLogic Application Server will have added advantage
» Design and development practice in Java EE, .Net, Middleware (IBM, JMS, etc.,), REST, Web Services,
» Knowledge of AIX, Linux and Windows is advantageous
» Web development technology knwoledge in areas like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, Backbone.js
» Mobile App developments knowledge in iOS and Android
