Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is a leading real estate developer with regional presence.
They are searching for a Real Estate Investment professional to join their Investment and Strategic Development team.
Listing description
- You will be part of a team responsible for investment and development acquisitions covering strategic markets e.g. Australia, China, Singapore, UK.
- Key responsibilities include conducting market research to support business decisions, deal sourcing, practiccapability study, due diligence, transaction execution and post-acquisition performance management.
- Information technology is essential to have practice of deal evaluation and financial modeling. You will also be required to provide other operational support to the Investment Department.
What you need to know/ have: - Degree in Economics / Finance / Business / Real Estate or significant discipline from a recognized tertiary institution
- Minimum 5 years of significant practice
- Familiarity with both local and overseas property markets
- Familiar with investment process across different jurisdictions
- Proven track record of investments
- Analytical, numerate, resourceful, adaptable and self-driven with attention to details
