Job responsibilities: » Provide regular maintenance service on site locally and overseas (if needed)
» Must try his best to recover the system in the shortest reasonable time
» Must respond to the customer’s concern and complaints in an adequate manner
» Must have a sense for customer’s requirements and proactive thinking to turn the requirements into action
» Must have an open eye for new investments the customers may undertake.
» Providing Support to Customers for the system installed (during and after office hours)
» Fulfillment of contractual obligations (stand-by services, preventive maintenance, extensions etc)
» Responsibility for the infrastructure required to provide support of very good quality.
» Assist in commissioning and deployment during project implementation phase, provide on site assistance.
» Responsible for realization of retrofit projects and spare parts management
» Controlling of pending points and preparation of action plans
» Adequate trouble shooting skill and capcapability to provide training to the customer’s maintenance staffs if necessary particularly with operation staff.
» Regular maintenance works provide on site with reviewing the operation and updating the expertise regarding new installations and changed operational processesRequirements:
» At least a technical certificate in Electrical/ Controls Engineering or equivalent.
» Preferably 2 years of working practice (preferably in installation, commissioning and customer support services of industrial/ process equipment with strong expertise in PLC.)
» Independent and able to work under pressure, tight schedule and odd hours.
» Proactive with strong customer and team focus.
» Working practice in automated material handling system is an added advantage but not essential.
» Possess adequate troubleshooting skill and capcapability to provide training if needed,
» Proficiency in English is a must (both oral and written)
» Computer literate with good expertise in using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. MS Excel)
» Good level of health and fitness and to be able to work safely at height
» Efficient time management in the sense of result improvement
» Willing to travel both domestically and overseas on short notice.
