Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job responsibilities:
» Administer sales enquiries, quotation, processing of order return and purchase order
» Co-ordinate with purchasing, logistics and warehouse department to arrange shipment to customers or vendors
» Ensure proper documentation and order management processes are in conformity to policies and guidelines
» Ensure timely delivery to customers and vendors
» Enter orders or goods receipts into system
» Ensure credit notes are filled in and all invoice vouchers are matched
» Establish good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
» Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned Requirements:
» Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with 3 years of significant working practice is required for this position
» Proficiency in Microsoft NAV System will be an added advantage
» Good interpersonal and communication skills
