Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Key Responsibilities » Manage calendar accordingly regards to any new meetings, changes to existing meetings, making reservations for lunch/ dinner. Ensuring minimum disruptions of meetings or clashes of any meetings
» Receiving guests and assist to cater for any request required for guests.
» Maintaining office during his absence , ensuring the office is being keep clean and tidy at all times.
» Coordinating and working closely with our overseas colleagues for the business agenda, transportation and hotel accommodation when C- Suites is travelling.
» Assist in VISA Applications
» Planning of Monthly P&L Reviews and Quarterly Deep Dive Meetings by Functions, including booking of meeting room and teleconferencing, video-conferencing facilities.
» Planning of Monthly/ Bi-weekly meetings for COO & CFO.
» Plan and arrange offsite Quarterly leadership abilities Meeting (QLM) including lunch, tea breaks and dinner.
» Plan and arrange in-house/ offsite Quarterly Board Meeting lunch, tea breaks and dinner
» Preparing expenses/ travel claims Requirement
» Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
» At least 3 year(s) of working practice supporting C-Suites is required for this position
