Responsibilities: - Support and coach Relationship Managers in all matters relating to Single Premium Whole Life insurance (SPWL) product sales and knowledge
- Initiate and develop strategies & sales concepts to help RMs meet bancassurance target especially for SPWL
- To evaluate and implement new and improved process initiatives to bring about greater efficiency and service quality
- To work with insurance partners in product innovation and distribution
- Responsible to meet revenue budget for SPWL & other bancassurance products as directed by Head of Preferred
Requirements: - Degree in any discipline with at least 4 - 5 years of sales experiences in consumer banking
- Service-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of banking, wealth management and insurance products
- Strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements in Singapore is an added advantage
- Possess the relevant CMFAS certifications e.g. CLI, CGI, HI, M5,M8 and M9
- Experience in selling high-net worth insurance plans (eg. universal life)
- Self-motivated and determined in delivering outstanding sales results
- Pleasant disposition, eloquent and self-motivated
