JOB DESCRIPTION Piller Power Singapore has an exciting and challenging opportunity in Asia for Regional Sales Manager. The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated track record of technical sales, preferably in high power range UPS or related business like electrical infrastructure for data centres or critical process industry.
The position will first focus on developing a strategic sales plan to accelerate its go-tomarket results quickly. The individual will be responsible for executing a systematic sales process to enable Piller Singapore to grow its revenue run rate in Asia fast.
The Regional Sales Manager will have the following primary Job responsibilities:
» Permanent analysis of market potential and competition situation.
» Develop sales strategy for the different countries in cooperation with the responsible area sales manager.
» Find end user investments and consultants to develop projects from day one.
» Identify new key business partners who will prosperously sell Piller products in Asia.
» Effectively launch the go-to-market strategies for new channel partners including but not limited to training, effective product messaging on partner’s site, providing collateral materials and implementing co-op activities.
» Includes broad travel to develop new projects, maintain relationships, work with key prospects and push partners’ activities.
» Issue and negotiation of offers (technically and commercially)
» Management of contacts with customers and representatives
» Request for offers from sub-suppliers
» Technical and commercial handling of sub-suppliers, observation of deadlines
» Control compliance with orders and cost frames
» Co-ordinate partners for local activities
» Preparation and handling of customer seminars.
» Market launch of new products
