» Provide management skills to full spectrum of HR functions
» Supporting full-cycle recruitment through assessing business needs
» Formulating of Compensation and Benefits Initiatives to induce retention
» Key driver of performance management programs
» Provide HR consulting and solutions on HR matters to business units
» Responsible for developing HR policies and procedures in conformity to regulations and requirements
» Develop and implement Human Resources Information System
» Timely and accurate delivery of payroll
» Maintain accurate HR database and up to date employee recordsJob Requirements:
» Degree in HR or Related Function
» More than 3 years of practice from a managerial perspective from Information technology related industry
» In depth expertise in HR processes and practices
» Proven track record in establishing Compensation and Benefits within organization
