JOB DESCRIPTION Job Responsibilities

» Plan and executive warehouse and logistics procedures to meet company’s objectives

» Planning, monitoring, and controlling the department’s budget

» Ensure maximum utility of all resources available, including manpower, warehouse space, vehicle and time.

» Planning and preparing resources to meet company’s forecasted logistic needs in advance

» Managing warehouse staff, including interviewing, training, motivating, and disciplining.

» Allocation of manpower, planning work schedule, and managing staff turnover

» Liaising with internal stakeholders to coordinate the schedule of container shipments, incoming goods, and outgoing stock deliveries

» Planning and superviseing delivery routes and driver schedules

» Setting warehouse policies and procedures and ensure staff compliance

» Ensuring safety of employees and goods, preventing losses, damages and mishandling of goods

» Prepare and conduct cycle counts, and investigate stock variances with accounts department Job Requirements

» Minimum Diploma with 3 year of related working practice is required for this position

» Able to work in a fast paced environment
