Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job responsibilities:
» Participate in the Information technology operations tasks on a day to day basis: ensure that interfaces and processes are running on a day to day basis and contact with support suppliers to deal with the problems and issues
» Assist in new store/country opening for various market related to the POS application
» Document down process and procedures for POS solutions.
» Perform knowledge transfer to internal fulfillment or third party vendor from small to large scale of POS hardware replacement.
» Work with network team on dial up service issue that affecting POS terminals at the field.
» Support and troubleshoot POS hardware and applications issues by utilizing diagnostic utilities.
» Keep up with latest technology trend that includes but not limited to the latest OS, browsers, and peripherals technology to support changing of POS applications, security requirements and new legislations on payment processing.
» Maintain vendor relationships for POS gears.
» Provide on-call support as needed during non-business hours. Key competencies:
» Familiarity with kiosks or Touch POS
» Solid technical background, with knowledge or hands-on practice in software development
» Good practice and knowledge in Structured Query Language
» Excellent written and verbal communication skills
» Must able to work varying hours to support project work and critical issue resolution.
