» Handle ACRA filing and drafting of Board and Shareholders’ resolutions. Requirements:
» Possesses a Diploma in Business Administration or Mass Communication.
» At least 1 to 2 years’ practice in corporate secretarial work in a professional firm will be an added advantage
» Good expertise of processed and electronic filing requirements of ACRA will be an added advantage.
» Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
