» Provide secretarial and general administrative support to C-Suites
» Taking meeting minutes
» Responsible for scheduling meetings, video-conferencing and lunch appointments etc.
» Screening and answering of all incoming calls
» Responding to emails, faxes and letters
» Assist to compile reports and documents
» Arranging transportation and accomodation for overseas travel, including Visa applications
» Other ad-hoc tasks as assignedRequirements:
» Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field
» At least 3 year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position
