Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job responsibilities: • Assisting in the roll out of Oracle Cloud Compensation system for annual compensation program, which will include data clean up between Core HRMS and Cloud Compensation system
- Investigate and troubleshoot the compensation system issues faced by the end users, liaising with the different functions such as HRIS, People Services, Information technology and Oracle consultants
- Assist in the preparation work for change management communication including training to line managers
Requirements: - practice in HR Information technology systems for eg. PeopleSoft, workday
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel (Advanced level) and Powerpoint
- Engineering or Information technology background preferred
- practice in assisting with system roll outs to users in different geographic locations would be an advantage
