Job tasks: - Greeting and attending to visitors in a professional manner
- Manage Switchboard and reception area
- Transfer incoming calls to respective employees
- To assist in office administrative matters
- Receive incoming mails
- Maintain booking system for meeting rooms
- Updating of call in and referral leads Ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements: - At least 1 year of front desk/receptionist practice
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Possess friendly personality
