Job Description - Act as contract administrator to ensure accuracy/completeness in the validation of contract registration and physical documents lodgement are properly safe-kept and accounted for.
- Validate contract document with the proper approved CMP & DOA before lodging and sign-off.
- Ensure timely processing of registered contracts in accordance to the controls and procedures in place.
- Ensure compliance in supporting documentation in the execution of contract lodgement
- Prepare timely and accurate quarterly IPT report for submission
- Generate and prepare monthly contract tracking reporting
- Tracking and stock taking of physical contract documents in the safe keeping room.
- Coordinating and liaising with users on expiring and renewal contract.
- Maintain and update registry/Contract Module
- Consolidate for Regional Countries Contract Register updates for monthly reporting
- Attend to queries relating to contract management matters
Requirements - A Diploma/ Degree holder with at least 1-2 years of banking experience specifically in contract management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Application.
- Willing to learn with strong administrative skills
