Main Responsibilities: - Supports and maintains project management methodologies to ensure a consistent approach to project delivery is taken across the portfolio through the use of project management tools, processes and practices.
- Understands both Waterfall and Agile delivery methods and adheres to their standards.
- Completes quality assurance review checks to monitor the quality of project reporting and deliverables to drive improvements across the portfolio.
- Prepare presentations for Governance forums, minute the meetings, track actions, Risks & Issues to closure.
- Manage project implementation and report on progress against plan and budget utilization.
- Assessment of infrastructure requirements dependencies, constraints and migration strategies
- Problem analysis and definition
- Identifies resources needed and works with all technology departments to assign individual responsibilities
- Facilitate meetings among all stakeholders regularly and produce status update reports periodically
- Work closely with product owner(s) to ensure allocation prioritized work to development team according to plan
Job Requirements: - 6-8 years’ experience working in banking industry or project management area,
- Strong business acumen and process knowledge in the securities domain, especially in the post-trade life cycle.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risks in the APAC region is a plus
- Excellent presentation skills. Ability to articulate ideas, opinions, and concerns to all levels of the organization.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and accept challenges
- Open to organize and participate in evening calls with EMEA and AMRS whenever needed.
- Proven ability to understand and manage the sensitivities of stakeholders at different levels.
- Tools: Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS projects, Confluence, Jira, Cucumber.
