We Offer - You will become a trusted legal and strategic advisor to the APAC PB Trading Solutions.
- You will provide quality, practical and timely legal advice and transactional support with respect to the origination, structuring and distribution of securities (including initial public offerings), structured products, OTC derivatives, in support of the Asia Pacific PB Trading Solutions. Review and drafting of flow and non-flow product documentation, term sheets, risk disclosures, disclaimers, confirmations, and providing advice on selling restrictions, cross border and regulatory requirements relating to the above.
- You are going to provide legal advice and transactional support on customized, bespoke transactions and solutions for ultra-high net worth private banking clients. These transactions include equity, commodities and credit derivative transactions. Drafting and review of term sheets, trade confirmations and related ancillary documentation.
- You will advise on regulations and assisting with regulatory queries and updates with respect to all aspects of the private banking business with a focus on product regulatory requirements.
- Provide legal support on APAC PB projects and new business initiatives
- You will raise material legal, regulatory risks and incidents to GC and PB senior management and support the mitigation/resolution of such risks/incidents.
You Offer Knowledge requirements - Your 10-15 years PQE preferably (in a recognized common law jurisdiction and/or international commercial practice), with in-house experience in an international financial institution being is a significant advantage.
- You have good familiarity with ISDA and the Hong Kong and Singapore banking/securities/financial regulations.
- You have strong familiarity with structured products, OTC derivatives across asset classes and related transactional documentation.
