Responsibilities - Identify and develop strategies for the acquisition of offshore customers for the assigned markets
- Manage internal and external sources and ensure good pipeline of leads generated for the Business Development & Strategic Alliance Team
- Work with strategic business partners to develop strong partnership programs
- Identify new channels and markets to grow the Treasures Offshore franchise
- Work with Regional Treasures team to establish and manage cross border referrals from DBS overseas branch network and its subsidiaries
- Work with Country Customer Segment and Marketing teams to ensure all marketing campaigns and promotions are customised to suit the offshore markets
- Keep abreast of changes in the financial industry of the assigned market and in regulations that will. affect the Treasures Offshore franchise
Requirements
- Degree Holder with 8 years of banking or marketing experience in the wealth management space
- Matured personality with a high level of initiative and drive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements
- Possess a good established network of strategic bank partnerships in this region
