Our Team The Asia Private Banking Client Service Team is currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated professional to join their team. The team is responsible to provide support to Bankers and Investors, as well as managing the day-to-day administration and servicing for client accounts.
Job Responsibilities - Acts as a primary contact with external clients for day to day account administration and servicing
- Provides proactive personalized service including asset transfers processing, execution of cash products, assist client on cash flow management, account inquiries, investigation handling, and account monitoring
- Ensuring all necessary documentations from clients are followed through, received and processed and obtain additional documentation from clients where required
- Assists Bankers in arranging credit facility for client
- Assists Bankers in preparation for client meetings and post-meeting follow through on execution of client instructions.
Qualifications: - Preferably 5 years of solid Client Service / Relationship Manager support experience from Private Bank(s)
- Good working knowledge of all Private Banking products and relevant operational processes
- Understanding of KYC and account maintenance documentations, corporate action processes and cash /securities settlement requirements including relevant market practices.
- Understanding of industry control standards, particularly in relation to money transfers, securities settlement, hold mail, credit and other transactional services where applicable.
- Good interpersonal skills to service Clients and Bankers relationships
- Good oral and written communication skills (in English, Cantonese or Mandarin) and capable of dealing with clients independently and able to resolve client inquiries and problems
- Knowledge of all relevant systems and software packages including e-mail, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and other information sources
- Adaptable, able to work in demanding and fast pace environment and strong team player.
