Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities - Be able to articulate the financial analyst and produce financial report
- Simplify and streamline the existing financial tracking processes
- Work closely with the Financial Controller on PSGL report
- Assisting Project Managers on Contract Lodgement (fill up MCR, gather artists, contract lodgement)
- Liaise with vendors on invoicing and contract matter
- Tracking Project invoice process and assist with accrual
- Regular meeting with PMs to review financial and project health check
- Other Adhoc duties
Requirements - Candidate should have strong financial analytics background
- Candidate with experience with project management office function preferred
- Candidate should have good knowledge and/or exposure to software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Candidate should have solid hand-on experience in spreadsheet and PowerPoint processing and other Microsoft office applications for tracking and reporting.
- Candidate with general knowledge of procurement/contract has advantage.
- Candidate with basic knowledge in Agile delivery methodologies has advantage.
