THE function
The function will need to establish and strengthen customer insights strategy and support the market in the implementation of significant digital initiatives across all channels with the objective to enable Financial Services to deliver a premium customer practice within respective region.
Identify local market insights that drive customer practice in a positive (key satisfier) and negative way (key dis-satisfier).
Drive innovation across APAC region by leveraging state of the art technology.
Develop solutions to overcome identified issues in customer practice (pain points, hurdles, etc.) and evaluation of initiatives along benefits (customer vs.Company) and implementation efforts.
Take owner-and leadership abilities to manage customer practice activities in the market
Manage central/blueprint customer journey map framework and adapt with local market specifications if necessary.
Develop market-level customer practice/digitization reporting and tracking of progress.
Design and optimize customer practice processes.
Formalize Company group digital strategy across all markets in the APAC region with objective of one view of customer and consistent customer practice.
Set up a digitalization roadmap, define product vision and strategy located on new trend and opportunities for digital finance development and steer the roll-out in the market.
Facilitate digitalization workshops and best practice sharing within APAC region and HQ.
Lead and influence involved people and stakeholder to deliver on the long-term customer practice plan by creating knowledge for required change and navigate people through the transformation process.
Align cross-functional stakeholder involved in customer practice initiatives on a local market level.
Develop and foster the culture of customer centricity and agile development.
REQUIREMENTS Masters or Bachelors degree in business administration / management or similar education
Min 10 years in Financial Services or Service/Transactional Industry
Demonstrated leadership abilities & operational practice in international environment (min 5 years)
Demonstrated customer analytics/insights practice in financial services environment (min 5 years)
Banking regulation knowledge
Proven Project Management Skills
Analytical skills and result orientated (performance management/continuous improvement)
Strong Networking and Relationship Building Skills (Group Stakeholder Management)
Customer Orientation / Quality Management
Change Management capability
Conflict Management skills and Prioritization
20-30% of travelling will be required
