Job Description 1. Assist on new onboarding process matters, such as preparation of induction kits
2.Follow up on ABC Torch Recipients - torch handover arrangement, picture taking, powerpoint report preparation
3.Assist in attendees list tracking and logistics for Townhalls and Cultural Days
4. Schedule interviews by calling candidates and sending an email afterwards
5. Keep tab on the attendance and enquiry for the Staff Welfare programs
6. Other duties as assigned
