JOB DESCRIPTION This position will be part of the investment team of JustCo, performing the following tasks:
» For each new investment, the incumbent will be responsible for financial modeling, practiccapability studies, business proposal, due diligence, negotiation and investment approval
» Assist in the regular review of investment portfolio within JustCo
» Assist in the investment reporting to management and key stakeholders
» Industry research – monitor market trends, research market, and competitors analysis to identify potential investment opportunities
Requirements: » Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3-4 years’ of investment/business development practice
» Highly numerate with sophisticated financial analysis skill set
» Strong capabilities in financial modeling
» Strong knowledge of real estate and development industry
» Able to travel
