Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION To spearhead HR data digitisation efforts and conduct HR data analysis to provide insights and recommendations for Singapore and across the South East Asia region
Reporting directly to Head, Group Corporate Management, the HR Analytics Manager needs to:
» Lead the digitisation of HR data and data management.
» Conduct diagnostic analytics on HR data to identify causes of behaviours and performance results.
» Prepare technical and business reports with the findings to ensure retention, performance management and compensation and benefits are in line to drive positive results..
» Identify, collect and prepare data for analytics and HR metrics benchmarking
» Analyse financial and HR data to design HR metrics, identify causal relationships, analyse trends, develop forecasts and projections, and draw insights and foresights for decision-making
» Develop insightful presentation derived from data analytics and HR metrics benchmarking
» Prepare action plans to implement decisions for enhancing business and HR performance
» Keep abreast of local and global HR trends and developments to provide further benchmarking insights on data analysis results
» Derive significant insights from analysis and recommend enhancements to the organisation’s HR practices taking into consideration the business context and operating environment
» Research and apply prevailing labour policies, employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to tripartism, employment laws for foreign nationals, Fair Consideration Framework
Key Requirements: » Degree in Business - Human Resources and a qualified HR professional with strong subject matter skills with a minimum of 5 years of practice in HR Analytics
» Demonstrate strong leadership abilities qualities with good interpersonal and communication skills
» Possess a global perspective and practice working with diverse cultures in multi-national companies with exposure in manufacturing setups and highly dynamic environment
» Results driven, hands-on with capability to engage employees at all levels
» Demonstrate high level of analytical and problem solving capability
» Strong project management and prioritisation skills
» Team player
