Technical Special Skills:
» To act as technical leader within the Regulatory team
» To conduct and lead some projects including some regulatory aspects
» To deal with regulatory queries on food and/or cosmetic regulation Project Management capcapability:
» To coordinate and/or assist in the preparation of technical documentations
» To ensure the delivery quality and prepare sections of reports, presentations and other client’s deliverables
» To contact with both internal and external regulatory stakeholders as per project requirements To be involved in many aspects on the company business:
» To bring technical support within covering stakeholder’s engagement, helping network in Governmental agencies, Industry and Trade Association, Research Institutes
» To provide technical skills during teleconference or in face-to-face meetings
» To be creative and capable of identifying areas of improvement and propose best practices to the team
» Scope of regulation is Asia Pacific Requirements:
» significant degree in Life Sciences / Food Law / Food Lawyer or equivalent
» Bilingual in English and Mandarin as required to contact with Mandarin speaking clients
» Min. 4 years’ practice related to responsibilities
» High proficiency in Food and/or Cosmetic sectors’ Regulatory Affairs for Asia markets
» Previous practice on registration of food and/or cosmetic business regulations
» Good track record on Project Management
» Enjoy working for innovative companies in challenging and demanding environment and feel comfortable in evolving in multicultural teams
» capability to plan multiple priorities concurrently
» Able to communicate to senior audiences well and creating effective Powerpoint
» Organized, analytical and result-oriented individual who enjoys a fast paced entrepreneurial environment
» Detailed oriented and able to handle regulatory information and submissions with high degree of accuracy
» Industry practice would be a plus Others:

» Proficiency in computer skill to write reports as we are also digital by vision & strategy
